Cuban Mojito

Ingredients:

• White rum – 2 ounces
• Simple syrup – half ounce
• Lime – 3 medium wedges

Place 3 lime wedges at the bottom of a tall glass and squeeze them with a muddler. • Tomato juice – 4 ounces
• Prepared horseradish – 2 teaspoon
• Worcestershire sauce – 2 dashes
• Tabasco Sauce – 2 dashes
• Grounded black pepper – 1 pinch
• Lemon Wedge – 2
• Lime wedge – 2
• Green Olives – 2 for garnish
• Parsley sprig – 1 pinch for garnish

• White Rum – 1 ounce
• Vodka – 1 ounce
• Gin – 1 ounce
• Silver Tequila – 1 ounce
• Triple sec – 1 ounce
• Simple syrup – 1 ounce
• Fresh lemon juice – 1 ounce
• Cola – as necessary 
• Lemon wedges – one for garnish
• Mint leaves – three for garnish

Pour all the four white spirits, triple sec, and simple syrup into a collins glass that is filled with ice. Then fill the glass with cola and stir briefly. Garnish the glass with a lemon wedge and mint. It is advised to drink with a straw as it is quite a strong cocktail.
